I offer client-centered, trauma-informed individual therapy tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and lived experience. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities to support meaningful and lasting change.
Sessions may incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and deeper reflective work such as analytical psychology and dreamwork. Therapy is paced intentionally, with attention to nervous system regulation, self-trust, and values-based growth.
I provide therapy through both in-person sessions and secure telehealth, allowing for flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care. This option is especially helpful for clients balancing work, family, or geographic constraints.
Individual therapy may be a good fit if you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions, or if you are seeking a supportive space for reflection, insight, and emotional regulation.
Session Fees
Intake Session (50 minutes): $165
Ongoing Therapy Sessions (50 minutes): $140

Trail therapy combines traditional talk therapy with gentle movement and time in nature. Sessions take place outdoors on local trails or park spaces and are designed to feel grounding, accessible, and supportive. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or uncomfortable in a traditional office setting.
Walking side by side often creates a more natural and relaxed therapeutic environment. Movement can support nervous system regulation and provide bilateral stimulation, which may increase your ability to process thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a steady and integrated way.
Trail therapy is paced collaboratively and does not require a high level of physical fitness. Sessions may involve walking, pausing, or sitting, depending on what feels supportive for you. Trail therapy can also be combined with in-person or telehealth sessions for added flexibility and continuity of care.
Please note that clients are responsible for their own transportation to and from trails or park locations.
Session Fees
Intake Session (50 minutes): $165
Ongoing Therapy Sessions (50 minutes): $140

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, often referred to as KAP, is an evidence-based approach that can support individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, particularly when traditional treatments have not been effective. Integration is a critical part of this process and focuses on helping clients prepare for ketamine experiences and make sense of what arises afterward.
I have received specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and provide preparation and integration therapy to support clients before and after ketamine treatments. Preparation sessions focus on intention setting, emotional grounding, and creating a sense of safety. Integration sessions provide space to reflect on experiences, process insights, and translate them into meaningful and lasting change.
While I do not administer ketamine or provide medical treatment, I can help connect you with trusted ketamine providers and collaborate to support continuity of care. My role is to offer therapeutic support that helps you stay regulated, oriented, and supported throughout the process.
Ketamine integration may be a good fit if you are seeking structured support alongside ketamine treatment and want help grounding insights into your daily life.
Session Fees
KAP Session Attendance: $200
Available if you would like therapeutic support during a ketamine session with your medical providerIntake Session (50 minutes): $195
Integration Sessions (50 minutes): $180
Please note that insurance cannot be billed for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions. Integration and preparation services are self-pay.
If you are considering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or are already working with a provider, a consultation can help determine whether preparation or integration support is right for you.
